(DiverWire) Substation Curaçao has launched the first live underwater camera in Curaçao! The camera is mounted 50 feet below the surface on the Curaçao Sea Aquarium reef, directly on the path of the Curasub, the island’s certified mini-submarine for tourists.
Guests embarking on a trip with the Curasub will have the unique chance to send a personal message to their friends and family through the camera. Substation also offers an exclusive advertisement program, where companies will have the chance to promote their business, directly through the camera or on a live feed on the website.
Curasub passengers make a memorable journey to places where very few people have ever been. The colorful fish, corals and old shipwrecks are perfectly visible in the crystal clear waters that surround the island of Curaçao. From inside the Curasub, passengers have a clear view with visibility of over 60 feet!
The camera stream can be viewed live 24 hours a day at www.seesubmarine.com. Previous recordings will also be posted for playback opportunities on this same site, so that customers can continue to view themselves after their trip!
