Stacy Amberson

Stacy Amberson is passionate about writing, diving and travel. She has been combining the three pursuits enthusiastically for over 11 years now. Her full time job with the State of California training local, State and Federal Law Enforcement, Fire and Military on Emergency Response protocols keeps her quite busy. She still manages to get away several times a year to the warm water she loves.

A natural communicator, recreational writer and professional public speaker, she spreads her love of the oceans and diving in multiple mediums everywhere she goes; friends, family and random strangers (un)lucky enough to get caught in line with her. Eventually she plans to complete her dive education becoming a PADI Instructor, continuing her advocacy of scuba from an official platform.

An amateur photographer for year’s topside, the transition to underwater camera work was natural and providential as she watches her pictures improve with every dive. Sea life images fill the walls of her home, office, and slideshows she sneaks into her work related presentations.

In limited spare time, she is working on her brainchild, a web-based software program called eDiveTracker.com that will be released early next year.
