(DiverWire) Cressi continues to support the local diving communities by participating in a pair of prominent local events in coming weeks. The first event will be the BLUE WILD event in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida May 28 and 29. This popular event, presented by freediving champion Sheri Daye brings together many diving notables and personalities to talk about freediving, spearfishing and the aquatic realm.
According to Rob Cooper of Cressi, the company will be showing its popular line of black silicone masks, along with the new Geronimo Elite Camo gun and the matching Tecnica wetsuits. The eagerly-aniticpated Apached spear guns will also be on display according to Cooper.
“Cressi has always been a leader in the spearfishing and freediving market and we’re pleased to be involved with this growing event in South Florida.” At BLUE WILD, Cressi will be exhibiting in booth number 305.
The following weekend, June 4-5, the Cressi team will move to the West Coast for the annual SCUBA Show in Long Beach, California. Easily the largest scuba diving event in the Western United States, the SCUBA Show provides an exceptional place for divers to gather and learn about new equipment, travel and educational opportunities.
At the SCUBA Show, Cooper said that Cressi would feature its highly-publicized products including the Air Travel BCD and the Eyes Evolution Crystal mask. It’s quite possible the company will also provide a sneak preview of the highly-anticipated Leonardo dive computer. During the SCUBA Show, Cressi can be found in booth numbers 406 and 408.
