(DiverWire) Pinnacle Aquatics is returning to the recreational scuba diving market – in a big way. For the past 21 months, Pinnacle products have been marketed and sold by an outside distributor, but the company has decided the best method of distribution of Pinnacle Aquatics products is directly through a select group of key scuba diving retailers. The company produces high quality exposure suits (wetsuits, drysuits) and accessories.
According to George Stauffer, Pinnacle’s Marketing Director, “We have returned to handling the full process from engineering and manufacturing all the way through sales and service. Nobody knows Pinnacle like we know ourselves, and we have learned that we are the best ones to work with our public to ensure that Pinnacle meets and exceeds all of the diving community’s thermal protection needs.”
2011 will bring many exciting growth opportunities for Pinnacle. This move will resolve some supply chain issues that, on occasion, made Pinnacle products scarce and difficult for divers to obtain. The company plans to launch a new web site (at www.PinnacleAquatics.com) shortly, and begin participating in several social media forums. Stauffer says several new models of wetsuits and drysuits will be available soon. These products will be warmer, more comfortable, and better fitting than anything that we have ever offered before.
Pinnacle exhibited recently at the Beneath The Sea show in metropolitan New York, and received rave reviews for its products and display. The company plans to exhibit next at the Northwest Dive and Travel Expo in Tacoma, WA (April 9 and 10), followed by a full slate of consumer and trade shows, demo days, and other dealer events throughout the balance of the year.
Divers interested in seeing Pinnacle products are urged to request them from their local scuba retailers. Dealers who would like more details are welcome to contact us at PinnacleInfo@mail.com.
