Waterproof wetsuits unveils trade-in program

(DiverWire) – If you have an old, tired wetsuit, Waterproof wants to talk to you. The company earlier this week announced a trade-in program that will allow scuba divers to upgrade to a newer suit just in time for the summer season.

According to Waterproof’s Jon Davy, “Everyone’s looking for a way to save money and upgrade their equipment and gear. Why not start with your exposure suit. If you’re not comfortable in the water, you won’t enjoy the experience.”

He explains that the upgrade program, which is available for a limited time through authorized Waterproof dealers, involves three model Waterproof models (W1, W2, W3).

To participate, divers simply bring their existing wetsuit to the dive store, select one of the qualifying models and they will receive a 20 percent discount immediately. Davy said the Waterproof suits are gaining attention in the marketplace for it’s exclusive design that provides exposure protection in a fashionable and comfortable way.
