Frank completed his Open Water Diver certification on February 15, 2012, and went on to receive 6 SSI specialty cards, including Boat Diving, Deep Diving, EANx 40%, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility Diving and Wreck Diving! Frank also received all of the free cards up to Advanced Open Water Diver!
The SSI 1:1 Challenge (now called the Open Water Diver Challenge) is one of many initiatives introduced by SSI to motivate divers and promote the sport.
