Entering the summer dive season, AERIS is pleased to announce the availability of two new buoyancy control devices, the EX100 and EX200. Featured in the latest edition of Scuba Diving magazine, the two new BCs meet a specific and growing need in the dive retail community – an innovative product available at an affordable price.
“Our challenge was to build a low-cost product line that didn’t sacrifice quality and performance,” explains AERIS President Dan Emke. “We met our goal with the EX100 and EX200.”
He was especially enthusiastic about the reviews that both products received from Scuba Diving magazine. According to the magazine, the EX 200 earned a Best Buy rating for “balance of performance and price.”
The EX100 is a traditional jacket-style BC, while the EX200 is a back inflation model. The two models, which carry suggested retail prices of $300 and $400 respectively, are the first of the EX line from AERIS.
